 PROPERTY IN AND DELIVERY OF GOODS.

The goods supplied by Scarpa to you shall be at your risk immediately on delivery to you.

Although, property in and ownership of the Goods shall not pass to the purchaser until payment in full for the goods has been received by  Scarpa.
